Creating a new fabric is just like starting to write a poem, or starting to paint on the canvas.
The concepts have to be fresh, and with a vision.
We have always tried to create new ideas that can be crafted into real fabric. Our design development teams of 4 in-house designers keep a track of what is being in trend by visiting deferent fairs and even translating street fashion to their ideas.
Spinning
We have 5 spinning units under the New Diamond Umbrella.
The average yarn production capacity is 4500 kgs per day, using some of the best assorted wools across the globe. We have the facility to spin from 4 Nm to 16 Nm
Weaving
With an in-house capacity to manufacture 20,000 Meters per day, New Diamond has emerged as the largest manufacturer of carded woolen fabrics in India.
Whether it is traditional power looms to rapiers, the quality of the greige fabric is thoroughly checked with almost care and perfection.
Processing
The lifeline of the fabrics is the processing. At New Diamond, we have constantly undergone ahead with up gradation of machines and manufacturing techniques. There is a usage of standard dyes and chemicals from multi-national manufactures like Dystar and Ciba.
The color continuity is matched on our color matching system from Gretag Macbeth
Stitching of Garments and made ups.
In 2004, New Diamond has gone a step ahead in providing finished products to the customer with this venture named ‘Incraft Exports’. With this, New Diamond has become a vertical mill from fiber to fashion.
