Our laboratory is conditioned and equipped with complete range of instruments for physical as well chemical test from spinning stage to the finished product.
Physical Lab bestowed with best card, speed frame, twister, pilling tester, count scale, weighing scale, crocking tester, tensile and tear testing machine.
Chemical lab equipped with sample beaker dyeing, hot air oven, perspiration meter, Ph meter . We are also equipped with spectrophotometer, and Gretag Macbeth light box.
We assured the best physical and chemical standard as per international requirement in woolen fabric.
Color matching
Color matching is most important part in woolen fabric, what we have achieved through using best quality of dyes and chemicals from multi-national manufactures like Dystar and Ciba.
We first use sample dying for lab-dips and prepare recipe using our equipped chemical laboratory.
We are achieving color matching parameter by using our equipment like spectrophotometer & Macbeth Light box.
Fabric Inspections Standard
